Guarantees:
~ All hatchlings are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed.
~No animal will be shipped unless he/she has fed successfully 3 times.
~I offer a 5 day health guarantee on all animals. After the 5 day guarantee, I have no control over the well being of the snake, therefore I cannot offer a guarantee longer than 5 days.
~DOA's must be reported within 6 hours of arrival. Pictures/Videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required for proof of DOA and for credit minus Shipping costs.
Payment Options:
~Full payment is required before any animal is shipped.
~Payment plans of purchase $1000 or more Require 2-3 Month payoff with 25% Non refundable deposit to pull snake from market.
~All Payment plans are done through contracts to cover each parties involved. Which will be emailed and Required to be printed out and sent back signed through USPS mail along with your deposit.
~ Paypal is there for orders under my discretion ONLY.
~ Cashiers Checks & Money Orders must clear(3-5-10 Business Days) before shipment can take place.
Shipping Information:
~All animals are shipped to your door via FedEx Next Day Air.
~Live arrival guarantee between 40 to 90 degrees.
~Live arrival guarantee is VOID if incomplete shipping information is provided or if no one is present to receive the shipment on first try with Signature.
Shipping Times:
~FedEx Next Day Air: Tuesday-Wednesday, I will not ship on Thursdays
~Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.
